Carroll County Scholars Registration Form

The Carroll County Scholars (CCS) program is a four‑year college‑readiness experience for Carroll County students beginning after 8th grade. Scholars and families participate in targeted workshops and campus events that build college knowledge and confidence. 

Students who complete the program and enroll at McDaniel receive a $100,000 scholarship ($25,000 per year) and are eligible for consideration for a full‑tuition award. 

McDaniel College is currently accepting registrations for students in 8th or 10th grade who will enter 9th or 11th grade in September 2027. Students not yet eligible may pre‑register for future cohorts.
