    McDaniel celebrates the vital work of public servants. Children of full-time, benefits-eligible government employees at the local, state, tribal, or federal level may receive up to $132,000 ($33,000 annually for residential students; $22,000 for commuters) toward a McDaniel education.

    *Admitted residential students receive $33,000 annually for four years. Students who wish to commute are awarded $22,000 annually, worth $88,000 over four years.

    All admissible first year and transfer students who would like to be considered for this scholarship must complete and submit the form below.

    Eligibility may be confirmed by a supervisor or Human Resources official.  Your application for admission will not be considered complete until we receive the Public Servant Legacy Scholarship Eligibility Form. This form will be added as a required checklist item on your personal McDaniel Admission Page. You can check the status anytime.
