Group Visits to McDaniel

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group of students to visit! McDaniel!

Requests to bring groups of students in 9th through 12th grade for the Spring 2019 semester are considered for most weekdays beginning in February and running through May. Middle or elementary school groups cannot be accommodated by Admissions.

Every group visit includes our "Get to Know McDaniel" Information Session followed by a campus tour.  Lunch in Englar Dining Hall is available for groups that request it and the cost is $7.00 per person.

Groups interested in visiting should select an available date from our calendar below to request their visit. Due to staffing, on-campus events, and high visitor volume, not all requests can be met.

We require at least two weeks notice for small groups and 3 weeks notice for any group larger than 7 students planning to visit campus. We can accommodate up to 50 students.

If we are able to offer your group a campus visit, we require 1 chaperone for every 10 students. When we confirm your visit, we’ll provide detailed information about directions and parking.
