    Group Visits to McDaniel College Request Form

    Prospective students are invited to begin their McDaniel adventure by attending our Discover McDaniel Day! Learn how to best navigate the college admissions and financial aid process, connect with campus community members, and experience what it is like to be a student on our beautiful campus.     We want to eat lunch on campus. What should we expect?

    • You and your students can eat lunch in the Dining Hall for $10.25 per person. If you plan to eat in the Dining Hall, we will need to know your estimated number of visitors at the time of your reservation and your final count one week prior to your visit. We will provide you with an invoice following your visit. You can mail a check post-visit, bring a check/cash with you the day of your visit, or pay with a credit card (we do not accept American Express).

    Where should our bus park on campus?

    • We ask drivers to use the address 239 W Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157. This address will bring you to a large visitor parking lot near our Admissions Office. Buses may park anywhere in this visitor parking lot. 239 West Main Street Westminster, MD 21157

    What is included in a group visit?

    • All group visits are offered a 30-minute informational session and a one-hour walking tour. Lunch can be requested. If you have any special requests for your group, please email our visits team at visits@mcdaniel.edu

    Are chaperones required for group visits?

    • Yes, all groups must provide chaperones during group visits on campus. We recommend 1 chaperone per 10 students.
